We want you to love your Lovisa pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind, provided items are in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, body jewelry, or hair accessories unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging, and do not fall under the hygiene-restricted categories like earrings or piercings.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and attach the generated shipping label, then drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
